2016 Tasting Notes

  1. The purple wine dress smells of fruit at first, and the flavors of vanilla smoke and butter enrich the complexity of the wine. The alcohol is soft and the tannin is firm and full of structure. The high-quality tannin also guarantees the potential of this wine.
  1. Aromatic flavour brings a fresh and elegant style to the wine body. Mulberry and blueberry are mixed with slight raspberry and light floral fragrance. After a little sober, there are spices like wild strawberry mixed with gray pepper. The aromatic flavour in the mouth is strong, and the minerality and slight acidity make the wine balanced and full. The aromatic flavour of the raspberry taste is the most prominent, accompanied by floral elegance such as violet, sweet and crisp with black fruits and strawberries. The richness of the wine, the mellow taste of the chocolate and the elegance of the spices are impressive. The aroma of the coffee slowly rises with the explosion of tannin, and finally ends with the smooth and round tannin. A nice wine!
